So, The Shadow Isle should be coming out soon. Amazon says May 6th - still no word from the official publisher. 2nd last book of the Deverry world. The Silver Mage - the final installment is well underway. Kit's first round of eye surgery went very well and she is back into writing while waiting for the second eye. All is looking good.

Well, this has been a stressful week or so! My apologies for not being around -- we had income tax forms to fill out, and then there was a bureacratic problem with my wretched health care provider, right as I was getting ready for the cataract surgery, so I was a bit stressed . . . just a bit . . .
I have the first eye surgery this Thursday, the 27th, the second on the 17th of April. I will probably be online occasionally after each as I'm addicted to being online, but I have no idea how well I'll be able to read onscreen.
However by the end of April the eyes should be settling down with new glasses, and then I HOPE I'll be back to normal.
I continue making notes in longhand on the new (last) Deverry book, and two others I have planned for after the series is finished, too.
